Storm Solution Specialists presents the IMCA Dirt Knights Tour at Park Jefferson
Monday night July 23rd, Storm Solutions Specialists and the Park Jefferson Speedway will bring the IMCA Dirt Knights tour for the first time ever to the Siouxland. Drivers from across the country are expected to descend on the 3/8th mile black gumbo oval 10 miles north of Sioux City for a purse of $10,000 to be awarded to the top Artworks Graphics IMCA Modified pilots in the country. The Dirt Knights, let by founder Corey Dripps, Ricky Thornton, Hunter Marriott, Kelly Shryock and more will be on hand to challenge the top drivers of the Siouxland such as Todd Boulware, Chris Abelson, Jay Noteboom, Bob Moore and the entire Siouxland posse as they attempt to keep the winner’s purse in Sioux City. The winner will also qualify for the IMCA Fast Shafts Ballot for 2018.
With SSS Motorsports and Luke Jay Cochran coming on board, the J&J Fitting IMCA Stock Cars, IMCA Sport Modifieds and Z98 IMCA Hobby Stocks will each see a purse increase. The J&J Fitting IMCA Stock Cars will see a winner’s share of $700 go to the winner, where the IMCA Stock Cars and Sport Modifieds will see a winner’s share of $500 and the Sport Compacts will see a winners share of $150. All drivers will be racing in a draw/redraw format with IMCA State, Regional and National points on the line. Track registration is waived for any drivers racing.
