J&J Fitting Sponsors Stock Cars & Iron Cup
Park Jefferson Speedway is very pleased to announce that J&J Fitting, LLC has become a major sponsor for the upcoming season. J&J owner Casey Jones has stepped forward to become a major supporter of the speedway. "We are really excited for Park Jefferson Speedway to be back open. Adam and I discussed sanctioning the stock car class this year, which we wanted to do. Then when the chance to be the presenting sponsor of the Iron Cup became available, we just decided to up our commitment. We are really excited about the Iron Cup and the direction the event is headed." stated Jones.
"We are thrilled to have J&J Fitting come on board as one of our major sponsors this year" stated owner Adam Adamson. "We are lucky to have support of Casey and his company both as a racer as well as our title sponsor for our end of year clash at the second annual Iron Cup."
The Iron Cup, which will be run September 19&20, was first run last year to give local and regional racers and opportunity to run for the area’s largest purse. Headlined by the A Modifieds which run for $2,500 to win, the J&J Fitting Stock Cars, Pedersen Equipment Sport Mods, and the Hobby Stocks will all run for $1,200 to win this upcoming year, courtesy of the increased backing of J&J Fitting. Along with those classes, both the Sport Compacts and the Bomber divisions will run for increased purses as well.
