Park Jefferson International Speedway
Release regarding 2015 sanctioning
We know there have been a number of questions about sanctioning bodies for Park Jefferson for the upcoming year. As many of you have heard, we did inquire with IMCA about the opportunity to sanction at least some of our divisions with IMCA for 2015. Yesterday, IMCA informed us that they are denying our request for sanctioning for the upcoming year.
We have also been visiting with alternate sanctioning bodies and considering the option to go unsanctioned. At this time, we have not come to a firm decision but will make one prior to the Raceway Park banquet later this month. Rest assured that we can guarantee that our rules package will remain as close as possible to the rules run at Raceway Park and that every car that is legal to run at Raceway Park will be able to race at Park Jefferson.
